The question of freedom is a birthright for an individual. The right to freedom is a favorable environment for a person to realize himself. Full development of personality is not possible without the right to freedom. Article 19 of the Constitution describes the right to freedom. Article 19 to 22 of the Constitution recognizes and protects the freedom of the individual. Freedom rights are :
1. The right to freedom of speech and expression
2. The right to assemble peaceably and without arms,
3. The right to form association or unions,
4. Right to move freely throughout the territory of India
5.the right to reside and settle in any part of the territory of India
6. The right to acquire,hold and dispose of property
7.the right to practise any profession or to carry any occupation, trade, business
